If any item does not match your expectations, the return or an exchange can be asked for anytime. EXCHANGE:
  • We totally understand that finding the perfect jewel may require exploration.
  • Therefore, we offer a hassle-free first exchange with zero deductions within 3 days of receiving your product. Simply provide the product code of the item you wish to exchange and the receipt of the item.
  • The jewel must be returned in its original condition.
  • Should the jewel show signs of use or damage, or if the security tag has been tampered with, we regret that we cannot offer a zero-deduction exchange and a percentage of the item’s original price might be deducted in order to compensate for the quality that we provide to all our customers.
Any exchange requested after 3 days will be subject to a restocking fee based on what jewellery has been purchased. This exchange option is available throughout the lifetime of the purchased jewel. We’ll arrange a complimentary pickup upon receiving your exchange request.
RETURN:
  • Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. In the unlikely event of an incorrect order being processed or receiving a damaged item, we gladly offer a full refund or replacement within 7 days of product receipt, without any deductions. 
  • All you require is to contact us with your complaint at {contact source for return}, our team will assist you with the further steps of return. Please contact us within 3 days with the receipt of the item on receiving a wrong or damaged product to avoid any return hassle and deductions. 
  • However, the customer bears the return shipping costs. The returned jewel must be in its original condition. If the item shows signs of use, damage, or if the security tag is tampered with, a zero-deduction return cannot be processed. 
  • After 3 days and for the lifetime of the jewel, a deduction percentage based on the jewellery will apply to returns. 
  • The refund process begins after the courier team collects the jewel and the item is verified by our returns team, and please allow up to 20-25 business days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
